1. Return Window
Eligible returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
Customers must contact support@michaelleilua.shop before returning an item.
2. Return Conditions
Returned products should generally be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- Free from damage caused by customer use
- Returned with original packaging where applicable
Products that have been used, damaged, altered, or have experienced a significant loss of resale value may not be eligible for return.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, contact us as soon as possible.
Please provide your order information and, when appropriate, photographs showing the issue.
After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.
4. Return Shipping Costs
For returns caused by a confirmed product defect, damage during shipment, or an incorrect item sent by us, BRIGHTSPRING LIVING LLC may cover the applicable return shipping cost.
For returns due to customer preference or other non-quality reasons, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Refund Processing
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, eligible refunds are generally processed within 3–5 business days.
Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method.
The time required for the funds to appear in the customer’s account may also depend on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
6. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns may be refused when:
- The 30-day return period has expired
- The product has been used or damaged by the customer
- The product has been altered
- The product is missing important components
- The product has lost significant resale value because of customer handling
